SICUT Rural Knife Package – Wooden Handle

The SICUT Rural Knife Package Wooden Handle 7 Piece is a complete wooden-handle meat processing package designed for recreational users, hunters, farmers, rural properties, butchers and commercial food processors. This practical kit provides the essential tools required for boning, skinning, trimming, meat processing, knife maintenance and secure storage.

The package includes a 6″ Curved Boning Knife for working around bones and joints, a 6″ Wide Boning Knife for controlled boning and trimming, a 6″ Beef Skinning Knife for skinning and meat preparation, a 5¼″ Sheep Skinning Knife featuring a rounded point to assist during skinning while reducing the chance of piercing the flesh, and an 8″ Butcher Knife for larger cuts of meat, portioning and general butcher-style processing. A Medium Cut Sharpening Steel is also included for maintaining a sharp working edge throughout the day.

The blades are manufactured from SICUT HC55, our custom blend of high-carbon stainless steel, and are heat-treated to 55 Rockwell Hardness (HRC) for a durable cutting edge and long-lasting performance. Each blade is individually ground and honed to a 25° edge angle, providing a sharp, practical edge that is easy to maintain.

The wooden handles provide a traditional feel while offering a comfortable grip for regular meat-processing tasks. A sealed blade-to-handle connection provides a hygienic, easy-to-clean construction suitable for professional food-processing environments.

The included AOS Australian-made 4-Pocket Knife Wrap is made from durable 14oz rip-stop canvas with a clear heavy-duty PVC front, providing a convenient way to store and transport the included knives and sharpening steel. Each wrap is assembled by hand in Perth, Western Australia.

The SICUT knives and sharpening steel included in this package are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The included AOS Australian-made canvas knife wrap is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

These warranties are intended for genuine faults and do not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or modification.
