The SICUT Rural Knife Package Wooden Handle 7 Piece is the most complete wooden-handle meat processing package in the SICUT range. Designed for recreational users, hunters, farmers, rural properties, butchers and commercial food processors, this practical kit provides the essential tools required for boning, skinning, trimming, meat processing, knife maintenance and secure storage.
The package includes a 6″ curved boning knife for working around bones and joints, a 6″ wide boning knife for controlled boning and trimming, a 6″ beef skinning knife for skinning and meat preparation, a 5¼″ sheep skinning knife featuring a rounded point to assist during skinning while reducing the chance of piercing the flesh, and an 8″ butcher knife for larger cuts of meat, portioning and general butcher-style processing. A medium cut sharpening steel is also included for maintaining a sharp working edge throughout the day.
Each knife is manufactured with a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness and features an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle, making them reliable working knives that are easy to sharpen. The natural beech wood handles provide a comfortable, secure grip for everyday use.
The included Australian made SICUT knife wrap is manufactured at the Aussie Outback Supplies (AOS Swags & Bags) factory, established in 1991. Constructed from heavy-duty canvas with a heavy-duty clear PVC front, it allows the contents to be easily identified while providing secure storage and transport for the complete kit.

Knife Care Instructions
Always recommend hand washing or rinsing in fresh water after use, then drying thoroughly before the knife is stored. Wooden handle knives are unable to be washed in a dishwasher. Do not soak wooden handles, as the wood can swell or crack.
