The SICUT Butcher Knife Package Wooden Handle 5 Piece is a practical, trade-focused kit designed for meat processing, field dressing, butchery and everyday food preparation. Combining essential cutting, sharpening and storage tools, this package provides a reliable solution for recreational users, hunters, farmers, butchers and commercial food processors.

The package includes a 6″ curved boning knife for boning, trimming and working around bones and joints, a 6″ beef skinning knife for skinning and trimming, an 8″ butcher knife for larger cuts of meat, slicing and portioning, and a medium cut sharpening steel for maintaining a sharp working edge throughout the day. Each knife features a natural beech wood handle and a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade with a 55 Rockwell Hardness. The blades are individually ground and honed at a 25 degree angle for dependable cutting performance while remaining easy to sharpen.

The included AOS Australian-made 2-pocket canvas knife wrap is made from durable 14oz rip-stop canvas with a clear front, providing a convenient way to store and transport the included knife and sharpening steel. Each wrap is assembled by hand in Perth, Western Australia.

The SICUT knives and sharpening steel included in this package are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The included AOS Australian-made canvas wrap is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

These warranties are intended for genuine faults and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or modification.
