The SICUT Butchers Knife 8″ is a practical, trade-focused working knife designed for everyday meat processing, butchery and food preparation. Featuring a stiff 8-inch bull nose blade, it provides excellent control for trimming, portioning, slicing and processing a wide range of meats.

Manufactured from SICUT HC55, our custom blend of high carbon stainless steel. The blade provides a durable, reliable cutting edge for demanding processing tasks. Its construction combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the performance required for regular meat preparation and boning work.

The natural beech wood handle provides a comfortable, secure grip and traditional appearance, making this knife a dependable everyday working tool for butchers, commercial kitchens, BBQ enthusiasts and home cooks.

This knife is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. if a manufacturing fault occurs we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty is intended for genuine faults and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or modification.

Knife Care Instructions

Always recommend hand washing or rinsing in fresh water after use, then drying thoroughly before the knife is stored. Wooden handle knives are unable to be washed in a dishwasher. Do not soak wooden handles, as the wood can swell or crack.
