The SICUT Wide Blade Boning Knife 6″ is a practical working knife designed for efficient boning, trimming and general meat processing. Its wide 6″ blade provides excellent control when working around meat, making it well suited to commercial processing, butchery and general meat preparation.

Manufactured from Sicut HC55, our custom blend of high carbon stainless steel. The blade provides a durable, reliable cutting edge for demanding processing tasks. Its construction combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the performance required for regular meat preparation and boning work.

The slip-resistant polypropylene handle provides a secure, comfortable grip and is heat resistant, while the blade-to-handle seal creates a hygienic, easy-to-clean construction suitable for both professional and personal meat processing applications.
