If you wish to make a return, please contact us via phone or email so that we can authorise this. We recommend return shipping via Australia Post and supplying us with the tracking number.

If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less $10 to cover our original shipping costs.

NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 30 days, and include the manufacturer’s packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less $10 shipping fees) refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense.

We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.

USED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, we may need to check with the manufacture prior to replacement or refund.
