Made with a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, the knife features an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle for dependable cutting performance while remaining easy to sharpen. The curved blade profile allows smooth, controlled cuts, making it well suited to professional butchers, commercial kitchens, BBQ preparation and home meat processing.
The natural beech wood handle offers a comfortable, secure grip and traditional appearance, making it a reliable working knife for everyday use.
