The SICUT 8″ Semi Flex Curved Fillet Knife is a practical working knife designed for efficient filleting, trimming and general meat and fish processing. Its semi-flexible 8″ curved blade provides excellent control when following the natural contours of meat and fish, making it well suited to commercial processing, butchery, fishing and general food preparation.

Manufactured from Premium German steel, the stiff blade offers dependable edge retention and durability for demanding processing tasks. Each blade is individually ground and honed to a 25° edge, delivering a sharp, reliable cutting edge that is easy to maintain throughout regular use.

The slip-resistant polypropylene handle provides a secure, comfortable grip and is heat resistant, while the blade-to-handle seal creates a hygienic, easy-to-clean construction suitable for both professional and personal meat processing applications.
