SICUT Outback Knife Package – White or Black Handle Options

The SICUT Outback Knife Package combines five essential meat-processing tools and a sharpening steel with an Australian-made heavy-duty canvas knife wrap, providing a practical all-in-one set for filleting, boning and skinning in the Australian outback.

The SICUT knives are manufactured from SICUT HC55, our custom blend of high-carbon stainless steel, and are heat-treated to 55 Rockwell Hardness (HRC) for a durable cutting edge and long-lasting performance. Each blade is individually ground and honed to a 25° edge angle, providing a sharp, practical edge that is easy to maintain.

The knives and sharpening steel feature textured, slip-resistant polypropylene handles designed to provide a secure and comfortable grip. The handles are heat-resistant, easy to clean and built to withstand demanding working environments and temperature extremes.

A sealed blade-to-handle and sharpening-steel-to-handle connection provides a hygienic, easy-to-clean construction, helping meet the cleanliness requirements of professional food-processing and kitchen environments.

The included AOS Australian-made 6-pocket canvas knife wrap is manufactured from durable 14oz poly/cotton rip-stop canvas and features a clear PVC front, allowing the contents to be identified without needing to fully open the wrap. Each wrap is designed and manufactured in Perth, Western Australia.

The SICUT knives and sharpening steel included in this package are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The included AOS Australian-made canvas wrap is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

These warranties are intended for genuine faults and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or modification.
