The Uncle Henry Pro Trapper Folding Pocket Knife is comprised of 7Cr17 High Carbon Stainless Steel Clip Point Blade and Spay Blade with Nail Pulls, Staglon Handles with Nickel Silver Bolsters, Brass Pins, and Heat Treated Back Springs.
The 7Cr17 steel is a Chinese made steel with a little molybdenum and vanadium added into 7Cr17MoV in order to improve hardness and wearing resistance of the steel.
Like ASTM440A of the United States and SUS440A of Japan, This kind of material has been widely used
to produce cutlery and medical devices of high hardness and wearing resistance.
