The SICUT Chopper Knife Package combines four essential meat-processing tools with an Australian-made heavy-duty canvas knife wrap, providing a practical set for butchering, boning, skinning, chopping and maintaining a sharp working edge.

Designed for butchers, meat processors, hunters, farmers, commercial kitchens and serious home users, this package brings together a selection of SICUT knives designed for different stages of meat preparation. The set includes a 6″ Curved Boning Knife, 6″ Curved Beef Skinning Knife, 7″ Butcher’s Cleaver and 10″ Medium Cut Sharpening Steel, giving users a versatile selection of tools for preparing and processing meat.

The SICUT knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades with a 55 HRC hardness and individually ground and honed edges. The textured polypropylene handles are designed to provide a secure, slip-resistant grip while also being easy to clean and maintain. The package is available with White or Black handle options.

The included AOS Australian-made 4-pocket canvas knife wrap is manufactured from durable 14oz poly/cotton rip-stop canvas and features a clear PVC front, allowing the contents to be identified without needing to fully open the wrap. Each wrap is designed and manufactured in Perth, Western Australia.

The SICUT Chopper Knife Package is designed to provide a practical combination of cutting tools for different meat-processing tasks. The curved boning knife is suited to removing meat from around bones and trimming cuts, while the curved beef skinning knife provides a dedicated blade shape for skinning and meat preparation.

For heavier cutting and chopping work, the 7″ butcher’s cleaver provides a larger, heavier blade suited to tougher cuts and chopping applications. The included 10″ medium cut sharpening steel can be used to help maintain the working edge of the knives between sharpening sessions.

The included AOS canvas knife wrap provides a convenient way to store, transport and organise the knives and sharpening steel.

Made from 14oz poly/cotton rip-stop canvas, the wrap is designed for regular use in demanding work environments. The clear PVC front allows the contents to be quickly identified without needing to fully open the wrap, while the four-pocket design keeps the included tools separated and organised.

WARRANTY

The SICUT knives and sharpening steel included in this package are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The included AOS Australian-made canvas wrap is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

These warranties are intended for genuine faults and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or modification.
