Manufactured from Sicut HC55, our custom blend of high carbon stainless steel. The blade provides a durable, reliable cutting edge for demanding processing tasks. Its construction combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the performance required for regular meat preparation and boning work.
The knife is supplied with a heavy-duty nylon sheath featuring a belt loop for convenient carrying and storage.
