The SICUT 8″ Semi Flex Curved Fillet Knife is a practical working knife designed for efficient filleting, trimming and general meat and fish processing. Its semi-flexible 8″ curved blade provides excellent control when following the natural contours of meat and fish, making it well suited to commercial processing, butchery, fishing and general food preparation.

Manufactured from SICUT HC55, our custom blend of high-carbon stainless steel, the blade is designed to provide a durable and reliable cutting edge for demanding processing tasks. Its construction combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the performance required for regular meat and fish preparation.

The slip-resistant polypropylene handle provides a secure and comfortable grip during extended use and is heat resistant for added durability. The blade-to-handle seal creates a hygienic, easy-to-clean construction, making the knife suitable for both professional and personal meat and fish processing applications.

The knife is supplied with a SICUT Scabbard, providing a practical and durable storage solution designed to keep the blade protected, safe and readily accessible. Suitable for both professional and field use, the scabbard provides reliable blade protection while remaining lightweight and easy to carry.

Moulded from food-grade polypropylene, the scabbard is resistant to impact, moisture and everyday wear. Its rigid construction keeps the blade safely covered when not in use, helping to reduce the risk of accidental cuts while protecting the knife during storage and transport.
