The SICUT 8″ Cook’s Knife is a practical, versatile kitchen knife designed for efficient slicing, cutting and general food preparation. Its long 10″ blade provides excellent reach and control when working with larger cuts of meat, making it well suited to commercial kitchens, food processing, butchery and general meal preparation.

The blade is manufactured from SICUT HC55, our custom blend of high-carbon stainless steel and is heat-treated to 55 Rockwell Hardness (HRC) for a durable cutting edge and long-lasting performance. The blade is individually ground and honed to a 25° edge angle, providing a sharp, practical edge that is easy to maintain.

The handle features a textured, slip-resistant polypropylene designed for a secure and comfortable grip. The handle is heat-resistant, easy to clean and built to withstand demanding working environments and temperature extremes.

A sealed blade-to-handle connection provides a hygienic, easy-to-clean construction, helping meet the cleanliness requirements of professional food-processing and kitchen environments
