SICUT Single Sharpened edge, Pig Sticking Knife with 8″ Blade + Nylon Sheath – Glow in the Dark Handle

The SICUT 8″ Pig Sticking Knife is a heavy-duty, single-edged knife designed for demanding meat-processing applications. The 8″ blade is 4.5mm thick, providing the strength and durability required for professional, commercial and agricultural use.

The single-edged design allows this knife to be sold across all states and territories in Australia, unlike traditional double-edged pig sticking knives. The blade is fully sharpened on one side, with approximately one-third of the opposite side also sharpened.

The slip-resistant polypropylene handle provides a secure and comfortable grip and is heat resistant. A sealed blade-to-handle connection creates a hygienic, easy-to-clean design suitable for professional and personal meat processing.

The handle is white during the day and glows green in the dark, making the knife easier to locate in low-light conditions or when working in the field.

The blade is manufactured from SICUT HC55, our custom blend of high-carbon stainless steel. This provides a durable and reliable cutting edge while combining the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the performance required for regular meat processing and boning work.

The knife is supplied with a heavy-duty nylon sheath with a belt loop, providing convenient carrying and safe storage when the knife is not in use.
