All Sicut Knives are manufactured with an ergonomic, textured, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean polypropylene injected handle, which withstands both high and low temperatures. They have an impervious blade-to-handle seal that provides the utmost in sanitary qualification. Made with a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle, easy to sharpen, which makes them perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use.

The SICUT PIG STICKER has now become available to all states and territories in Australia, the 8″ blade is fully sharpened on one side and 1/3 sharpened on the other side. The polypropylene injected handle is slip-resistant and is white by day and glows green by night to ensure you don’t forget your knife in the field.
